David Austin

David Austin has a diverse practice that includes business, real estate litigation and construction defect litigation, as well as counseling and litigating homeowners' association matters. David graduated from the University of California Davis, Martin Luther King, Jr. School of Law, and he was admitted to practice in the State of California in 2001.

He has represented clients in court and jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. David was admitted to practice in 2001 to all of the State and Federal Courts of Northern California and to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and is a past member of Consumer Attorneys of California and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
